SURE

The Carthage Summer Undergraduate Research Program offers the opportunity to carry out significant research in a one-on-one setting with a faculty mentor. The program provides a stipend, room and board, as well as a research budget to participants. All students and faculty participating in the program meet weekly for lunch and presentations of research progress. A poster session is held during the final week of the program wherein the entire Carthage community is invited to view and discuss the results of the research. Each SURE student is required to write a summative project report at the end of the SURE period.
