Welcome to the Office of the Registrar!

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the official academic records for the students of Carthage College. The office also provides many campus services including class registration, official and unofficial student transcripts, degree verifications, enrollment verifications, grade collection, transfer evaluations, veterans affairs benefits, degree audits, and monitoring academic standing.

The Office of the Registrar operates in accordance with of all academic policies and procedures outlined in the Carthage College Catalog and Code of Student Conduct.
