I would like to order a transcript online.

You can now order official transcripts online! Please click here to order your transcript today. You will need to set up an account the first time that you log in.

Options now include sending electronic or paper transcripts. Overnight delivery is available. Transcripts that are ordered online can be paid for online and will be sent out within 24 hours. You can also visit the Registrar’s Office located in Lentz Hall, Room 431, to request a copy in person. Please allow one week processing for all in-person requests. If you have any holds on your account, transcript requests cannot be processed. If your request cannot go through, you will want to contact the business office at (262) 551-6200.

I need to ADD or DROP a class from my current schedule.

Please log into your Carthage account to add and drop courses online. Students will be able to add and drop courses online until the semester deadline. All add and drop deadlines are listed on the Academic Calendar.

I need to petition the Subcommittee for Academic Review and Recommendation.

The Subcommittee for Academic Review and Recommendation will meet several times throughout the academic year to review student cases of whose circumstances may merit special consideration.

If it is recommended that you petition the committee, you will need to fill out the Subcommittee for Academic Review and Recommendation Petition (download the form). Please be prepared to provide your advisor's and/or faculty members' e-mail address on the form. An e-mail will be sent to your advisor and/or instructor for their electronic signature along with any supporting information. Petitions will not be accepted without one or both of these electronic signatures.

I need to change my Major/Minor or Advisor.

Please fill out a Change of Major/Minor/Advisor form to change your major, minor or academic advisor (download the form). Please make sure that you have your current major and any minors up-to-date in the Registrar's Office. Graduation evaluations will be based on the major information that is on file.

I need to change my address.

You can update your address and other personal information by logging into your Carthage account. Please sign into your account and then select the top button that is labeled "Personal Information."

I need to reset my password.

Students are issued an initial username and password as entering freshmen. If you forget your password or are unable to access your account, try resetting your password by visiting password reset.
