If you are a new student entering in fall 2009, online applications for these scholarships will be available in the fall. Note that you must be admitted to Carthage to be considered for these scholarships, and you can apply for admision online. The Debate ScholarshipEach year, Carthage offers a number of debate scholarships of up to full tuition, renewable for a total of four years. These scholarships may be awarded in addition to other merit awards for which a student is eligible, not to exceed full tuition. They are renewable based on participation in debate, strong academic standing and satisfactory academic progress toward graduation. Recipients are selected by the director of debate by application and additional evaluation. All aspects of the application must be completed by March 1, 2009. |
