Carthage Admissions Calendar

This calendar serves as a guideline. Applications are accepted up to the first day of class for each term.

J-Term/Spring Term

September/October
Begin the application process, tour the campus, and turn in transcripts. We recommend filing the FAFSA by October 1.
October
Receive financial aid package and transcript evaluation.
November/December
Submit enrollment deposit, submit housing application, and make appointment for course registration.
January
Orientation for J-Term. Classes begin for J-Term.
February
Orientation for Spring Semester. Classes begin for Spring Semester.

Fall Term

February
Meet priority application or renewal application deadline (for the following fall) for need-based financial aid by filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA code: 003839).
April/May
Begin the application process, tour the campus, and turn in transcripts.
June
Receive financial aid package. Receive transcript evaluation.
July/August
Submit enrollment deposit, submit housing application, and make appointment for course registration.
September
Orientation for Fall Semester. Classes begin.
