Transferring Credits to Carthage

Credit Evaluation
Once you apply to Carthage and are admitted, the Carthage Registrar's Office will complete a credit evaluation of general education requirements and major requirements. This will be an official report of those credits accepted by the College, and an outline of credits necessary to complete your chosen course of study.

College of Lake County Transfer Guide
If you attend the College of Lake County, you may view and print a CLC-Carthage transfer credit and equivalency guide (PDF). To obtain an official transcript evaluation, apply for admission online and have all official transcripts from each institution previously attended forwarded to Carthage. Gateway Technical College Transfer Guide
If you attend Gateway Technical College, you may view and print a Gateway-Carthage transfer credit and equivalency guide (PDF) based on the 2004-2006 Gateway Catalog or the 2006-2008 Gateway Catalog. To obtain an official transcript evaluation, apply for admission online and have all official transcripts from each institution previously attended forwarded to Carthage.
