Hedberg Library - Completed in January 2002, Carthage's $15-million, 65,000-square-foot Hedberg Library features electronic classrooms, videoconferencing capabilities, a media and technology AV production/presentation suite, off-campus access to reference databases, and an Einstein Bros® Bagels/Freshëns® Smoothie shop located inside Donna's Bytes, a 24-hour cyber-café. The library blends its 125,000-volume collection with extensive electronic resources including both wireless and wired computer access to the campus network and the Internet.
A.W. Clausen Center for World Business - In autumn 2004, Carthage unveiled the A. W. Clausen Center for World Business, integrating the academic disciplines of business, economics, political science, and computer science. Faculty will present each subject in an international context to better prepare students for a global economy. Students will have opportunities to visit with international business leaders, or grab a bite to eat at Starbucks®
