Returning to college is challenging, but the rewards are immense. Here's how to get started the easy way.
1. Explore this website. We've gathered information that is particularly useful to adult learners.
2. You probably will have questions. It's easy to get helpful answers. Call us at (800) 551-5343, or send us an e-mail. We'll get back to you right away.
3. If you like to learn by listening to the questions of others, join us for an information session. Members of the adult education staff will talk about becoming a student at Carthage, financial aid, various majors, schedules, and special programs and services for adult learners.
4. Apply for admission. You can apply online. Or you can visit us, enjoy a cup of coffee, and learn which of your previous college credit will transfer to Carthage. It takes only about an hour.

Carthage offers graduate studies in education, business administration and social work.
Courses designed to meet the needs, interests and concerns of people in today's society, in such diverse fields as education, social work, criminal justice, video production, and personal development.
This program prepares adult learners for careers as paralegals or to enhance their current career with a better understanding of legal issues and processes.
