When your mailbox is full
If you've exceeded your message quota, chances are you can't
even delete messages to fix the problem!
Actually, you can delete, but it takes a few extra steps.
Here's how you can delete even if your mailbox is full:
- Get into your mail
- Click on Settings at the top center of the screen
- Scroll down to Miscellaneous and change your Message
Delete option to Immediately
- Click on Update
You can now delete messages, but they'll be gone right away
rather than going to trash. Once you've cleared unwanted
messages and emptied your trash, you can change the option
back.
