January 30,2009- African Safari

Carthage College's local chapter of Student WEA
(WI Educational Association) hosted thier second Family Fun Night event of the school year.
They hosted an African Safari right here in Hedberg Library.
Attendees traveled through the savannahs, deserts, and jungles of Africa for sightings of elephants, zebras and gorillas.
There was learning about the animals, languages, dance, and foods of Africa through readings, poetry, and acting.
