| Acquiring a Special Borrowers Card - Special Borrowers Card application forms are available at the Library Circulation desk. The completed form must be submitted with the required fee of $25 to the Library Circulation Desk; cards will be available for pick-up after three days. Benefits are available only to the individual to whom the card is issued. |

| Application by Minors - People under age 18 who wish Guest Access must have the application form signed by a parent/guardian. Carthage does not restrict access to Internet sites, videotapes, or printed materials, so parents should carefully consider whether they want their minor child to have access to the full range of Internet and library resources.
