Borrowing Privileges
Acquiring a Special Borrowers Card - Special Borrowers Card application forms are available at the Library Circulation desk. The completed form must be submitted with the required fee of $25 to the Library Circulation Desk; cards will be available for pick-up after three days. Benefits are available only to the individual to whom the card is issued.

Application by Minors - People under age 18 who wish Guest Access must have the application form signed by a parent/guardian.
