Station 2: Dubbing from Foreign VHS Standards to United States Standards.
Step 1: Make sure the TV is set to Video, (use the channel up/down buttons)
Step 2: Put the foreign video in the top VCR. (International Standards Converter)
Step 3: Make sure the Input button is set to AUTO

Step 4: On the Output side of the International Standards Converter choose NTSC

Step 5: On the bottom VCR insert a VHS tape
Step 6:Press play on the top VCR and record on the bottom VCR.

Notes:

The bottom VCR must be set to Line 1 (L1). Choose the channel up down buttons if it is not set.

Tape speed on the buttom VCR is currently set to SP
