Disc Labeler-- for archival disks

(IBM Tower "Media 2 5814" Computer)

1. On the IBM "Media 2 5814 Computer, double click the "SureThing CD Labeler" icon.
2. "New CD Wizard" opens. Click "Finish".
3. From the top line menu, click File > Open.
4. Open the file "Hedberg_Template_wcopyright.std"
5. You can make the image bigger by using Ctrl+ repeatedly .
6. Edit the text in the "Archive Disk #51" field, inserting the correct archive disc number.
7. Edit the text in the Title and Date field.
8. DO NOT save changes. This is a "read only" file.
9. From the top line menu, click File > Print > OK.
10. Hand feed a blank printable DVD through the printer.

ADDITIONAL COPIES FOR CIRCULATION AND ARCHIVES

1. Highlight the text in the "Media Services" text box.
2. Change the color of that text to white.
3. So the same for the text in the "Archive Disk #" text box.
4. From the top line menu, click File > Print Change the "No. of labels" to 2 and click "OK".
5. Hand feed a blank printable DVD through the printer. When it is finished, hand feed another.
