The Legacy Lives On
Alumni Breakfast - This is the place to meet your classmates to begin the day of Homecoming festivities. Join us as we celebrate with the 2008 Alumni Associate scholarship recipients, Drew Scott and Danielle Steffa, and other student recipients.
The Alumni Associate scholarship are awarded to relatives of Carthage graduates. They are funded entirely by gifts from alumni and friends of the college. Recipients receive $1,500 per year for four years. Two awards are made each year.
Drew Scott, '12- Drew is from Tremont, Ill. Other Carthaginians in his family are his great grandfather, Elvyn T. Scott, '28 and his great grandmother, Mabelle Magin Scott, '31.
Danielle Steffa, '12- Dani is from Oregon, Ill. Other Carthaginians in her family are her step-father, Christopher Mueller, '93, step-grandfather, David Mueller, '67, step-grandmother, Doris (Plautz) Ferb, '67, step-great grandfather, Luther Mueller, '30, and step-great aunt, Jean Mueller, '58.

10:45 a.m. "Future Carthage Alumni" Parade Entry Decoration Station Parking Lot D The Alumni Office will provide streamers and other decorations for Alumni to assist "Future Carthaginians," children, grandchildren, etc. in decorating his/her bike, wagon, stroller, or even themselves. "Future Carthage Alumni" will participate in the parade. Each entrant will receive a gift.
Let the Kids go Marching In the Parade
Have your kids decorate their bicycles, wagons, strollers, or even themselves, and take part in the "Future Carthage Alumni" section in the Homecoming Parade. Bring a decorated entry to the parade or gather early and utilize supplies provided by the Alumni Office. Each entrant will receive a gift.
Other highlights include floats, music and much more! The parade will take place at 11:30 a.m. along Campus Drive

12:30 p.m. (and throughout the football game) Festival Grounds South of Art Keller Field Good food and great spirit abound as Carthage student groups offer a large array of food choices. Come join the fun and help support a variety of student groups in their fundraising efforts.
1 p.m. Football Art Keller Field Carthage vs. Elmhurst College Football game tickets for alumni may be picked up Friday or Saturday at the Information Station located in Lentz Hall, room 414. Friday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday: 8 a.m.-1 p.m.

Calling all "Gold Plus" and 1958 and 1968 Carthaginians
Here's your chance to reminisce with classmates about the good old days. All Carthaginians who graduated in 1958 and before will gather for a reunion dinner at the Racine Marriott on Saturday. The class of 1958 celebrates its 50th anniversary and the Class of 1968 celebrates it's 40th anniversary. The planning committees have put together programs full of good memories guaranteed to make the evening especially fun for everyone! Bring photos and other reminders from your days as a Carthage student. $37.50 per person. Reservations are required. Call the Office of Alumni Relations to make your reunion reservations.
