2007:  Finished 79th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional with a time of 25:56.63…finished 33rd at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:00.47…ran a season-best 25:20.25 at the Wisconsin Private College Cross Country Championship.

High School:  Three-year All-Corn Belt Conference honoree…named all-area both his junior and senior years and all-sectional as a senior on a regional-championship team…coached by Neal Garrison…four-year member of the track and field team and earned all-state honors as a senior…member of the basketball team his freshman year…National Honor Society member and four-year honor student.

Personal:  Physics major…distance runner on the 2007 and 2008 Carthage men’s track and field teams…named to the spring 2008 Carthage dean's list and a two-time member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Nov. 2, 1988.
