2008:  Ran a season-best 28:58.33 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational.

High School:  Ran cross country his senior year only and coached by Jeff Durlak…two-year member of the track and field team and earned All-North Suburban Conference and all-area honors his senior year in the 400-meter dash…set a Grant Community High School indoor record in the 400-meter dash with a 54.24 time.

Personal:  Computer science major…mid-distance runner on the 2009 Carthage men’s track an field team…born Aug. 31, 1990.
