2008:  Injured and did not compete as a freshman.

High School:  Named All-Upstate 8 both his junior and senior years…his senior-year team won both the Illinois High School Association Class 3A state championship and the Nike Team Nationals…coached by Paul Vandersteen…in track and field, set a Neuqua Valley High School record his senior year in the indoor 600-meter run…played football his freshman year and basketball as a sophomore.

Personal:  Criminal justice major…mid-distance runner on the 2009 Carthage men’s track and field team…a two-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Sept. 30, 1990.
