2007:  Finished 83rd at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional with a career-best time of 26:08.53…finished 34th at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a time of 27:02.52.

2006:  Finished 103rd at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional with a season-best time of 26:51.70…finished 49th at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a time of 28:26.18.

2005:  Finished 38th at the open-race portion of the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 27:44.

High School:  Earned first-team All-Bay Conference honors his senior year and second-team al-conference as a junior…honorable mention all-area both his junior and senior seasons…coached by Richard Visintainer…in track and field, named second-team all-conference his senior year in the 800-meter run and first-team all-conference as part of a 1,600-meter relay team…lettered in basketball his junior and senior years and played soccer his freshman and sophomore years…honor student.

Personal:  Environmental science major…distance runner on the 2006-08 Carthage men’s track and field teams…his father, Kevin Brunner, is a 1977 Carthage graduate and ran cross country for the Red Men…his sister, Allison Brunner, played soccer at Wisconsin-Green Bay…named to the spring 2006 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll and a four-time member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born April 21, 1987.
