2008:  Ran a season-best 28:48.34 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational.

2007:  Ran a season-best 30:27.74 to finish 48th at the Concordia (Wis.) Invitational…finished 66th at the open-race portion of the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a time of 30:28.74.

2006:  Injured and did not compete.

2005:  Finished 54th at the open-race portion of the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a career-best time of 28:38.

High School:  Four-time All-Central Lakeshore Conference honoree and qualified for the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association state championship as an individual his senior year…both his freshman and junior-year teams won league titles, while his freshman through junior-year teams qualified for the state championship…coached by Steve Brill…four-year member of both the track and field team and coached by his uncle, Jack Rauwerdink, a four-year track and field letterwinner at Carthage between 1980 and 1983…four-year member of the baseball team and a three-year member of the ice hockey team…National Honor Society member, high honors student and graduated with honors.

Personal:  Double major in music and chemistry…decathlete on the 2006-09 Carthage men’s track and field teams¼named to the Carthage dean’s list eight-straight semesters and an eight-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born May 10, 1986.
