We moved Josh to defensive line last year, but we’re going to move him back to linebacker…I think he’s going to be guy who is difficult to keep off the field.

2007:  Played in eight-of-10 games…collected four tackles (3 solo, 1 assisted), including one sack.

High School:  Named All-Western Sun Conference, Daily Herald all-area, Kane County Chronicle all-area, and Aurora Beacon-News all-area both his junior and senior years…coached by Rob Wicinski…lettered three times in track and field and earned all-conference honors as a junior…National Honor Society member, academic all-state, Western Sun Conference all-academic and three-year honor student.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…thrower on the 2008 Carthage men’s track and field team…his uncle, Larry Frey, played basketball at Illinois-Chicago and is a member of that school’s athletic hall of fame…named to the spring 2008 Carthage dean’s list…born Oct. 12, 1988.
