2008:  Finished second in the 50 freestyle (21.18), sixth in the 100 butterfly (52.27) and sixth in the 100 freestyle (48.21) at the CCIW Swimming Championship and part of conference-champion relay teams in both the 200 freestyle and the 200 medley…won the 100 butterfly at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.

2007:  Won the 50 freestyle (21.24) at the CCIW Swimming Championship, while finishing fourth in both the 100 butterfly (53.15) and the 100 freestyle (48.38) …part of CCIW-championship teams in both the 200 medley and the 400 medley relays…led all Carthage swimmers with 29 relay points at the CCIW championship…won both the 50 freestyle and the 100 butterfly at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.

2006:  Finished fifth in the 100 butterfly (52.79), seventh in the 50 freestyle (22.39) and ninth in the 100 freestyle (48.44) at the CCIW Swimming Championship.

High School:  Named National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association All-America, all-state and All-Upstate Eight Conference his junior year as part of a 200 freestyle relay team…coached by Chad Ganden…also a member of the water polo team…finished 43rd in the 100 freestyle at the 2005 YMCA National Swimming Championship long course…coached by Brian Lederhouse at the Aurora YMCA.

Personal:  Double major in elementary education and special education…named to the spring 2008 Carthage dean's list and a three-time member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…son of Thomas and Carol Bax…born Sept. 19, 1986.
