High School:  Played at the high-school level at the New Mexico Military Institute…won a state/regional singles title his senior year and advanced to the national semifinals…state/regional runner-up both his sophomore and junior years…runner-up in the national doubles championship as a senior…coached by Gene Hardman.

2007:  Named first-team All-CCIW with a 21-6 record, all at number-one singles… ranked 41st in the final 2007 Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s national rankings and 10th in the Central Region…overall doubles record of 20-5 and teamed with Sergio Lopez to go 19-4.

2006:  Named second-team All-CCIW…compiled a 20-4 record at number-two singles…injured and missed both the CCIW Men’s Tennis Championship and the first and second rounds of the NCAA Division III regional.

2005:  Played college-level tennis at the New Mexico Military Institute during the spring 2005 semester…ranked 45th in junior college singles and 16th in doubles by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

High School:  Three-year team MVP at the high-school level of the New Mexico Military Institute…represented Mexico at the 2003 Olympic games in Honduras… coached by Gene Hardman.
