2009:  Competed in the 800-meter run at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished third in the 800-meter run (1:55.96) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Named All-North Suburban League and All-Lake County both his junior and senior years…a state qualifier his senior year in the 800-meter run…set Grant Community High School records in the indoor mile, the indoor two-mile and the outdoor two-mile…coached by Kurt Rous…two-year member of the cross country team, named all-county both his junior and senior years and all-conference as a junior…member of the football team his freshman and sophomore years and a member of the wrestling team his sophomore and junior years.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…member of the 2008 Carthage men’s cross country team…born June 7, 1989.
