2009:  Finished eighth in the discus (137-9) and 23rd in the hammer throw (114-7) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Earned All-Metro Suburban Conference honors and coached by former Carthage football player Kris Norton…in football, named all-conference and Pioneer Press all-area both his junior and senior years and coached by Chris Zack, a letterwinner on the 1998 and 1999 Carthage football teams…honor student.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…defensive back on the 2008 Carthage football team…a two-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Feb. 24, 1990.
