2009:  Finished ninth in the hammer throw (172-2) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship and earned United States Track and Field Coaches All-America honors…tied for second place in the hammer throw (171-9) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished second in the weight throw (53-4 ¼) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2008:  Finished second in the hammer throw (154-11) and 13th in the discus (126-0) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…won the hammer throw and finished third in the discus at the Wisconsin Private College Outdoor Championship…finished eighth in the weight throw (45-3) and 11th in the shot put (41-6 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2007:  Finished 13th in the discus (121-11) and 14th in the shot out (41-2 ½) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished fourth in the discus (128-3) and sixth in the shot put (41-8) at the Wisconsin Private College Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 11th in the shot put (42-5) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2006:  Finished 12th in the discus (127-9) and 13th in the shot put (40-4 ¾) at the  CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship...finished seventh in both the shot put (41-0 ½) and the discus (123-11) at the Wisconsin Private College Championship…finished 10th in the shot put (42-7 ½) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  A state qualifier and a an All-Central Suburban League honoree in both the shot put and the discus his senior year…his senior-year team won both indoor and outdoor conference and sectional titles…coached by former Augustana College (Ill.) football player Scott Tumilty…in football, named All-Central Suburban League South his senior year on a 13-1 team that finished second in the Illinois High School Association Class 8A state championship…two-year member of the wrestling team…honor student.

Personal:  Double major in criminal justice and sociology…offensive lineman on the 2005-08 Carthage football teams...named to the fall 2006 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born Jan. 2, 1987.
