2007:  Finished 16th in the 10,000-meter run (34:30.55) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

2006:  Injured and did not compete.

High School:  Named first-team All-Northern Illinois Conference 9 his senior year…coached by Ted Holm…also named all-conference in cross country as a senior...four-year member of the swimming and water polo teams and two years in football.

Personal:  Double major in communication and geography…member of the 2005-07 Carthage men’s cross country teams...named to the fall 2006 Carthage dean’s list and a two-time member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born March 26, 1987.
