2008:  Won the decathlon (6,104 points) and finished ninth in the javelin (156-3) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished 10th in the high jump (5-5 ¼) and 16th in the long jump (19-2) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2007: Finished 12th in the javelin (153-0) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished third in the javelin (159-3), fourth in the 110-meter high hurdles (16.85) and fifth in the high jump (5-8 ½) at the Wisconsin Private College Outdoor Track and Field Championship…competed in the high jump at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship…set a Carthage record in the pentathlon (4,078 points).

2006:  Finished second in the decathlon (5,684 points) and 11th in the javelin (145-7) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship...finished sixth in the long jump (19-2 ¾) and seventh in both the 110-meter high hurdles (18.46) and the pole vault (10-6) at the Wisconsin Private College Championship…finished 19th in the 400-meter run (55.03) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Finished fifth at the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association state championship in the 800-meter run his senior year…finished 10th in the state 400-meter dash as a junior…Central Lakeshore Conference long jump champion both his junior and senior years…named all-conference his junior year in the 400-meter dash and all-conference as a freshman as part of a 3,200-meter relay team…his team finished second at the 2004 state championship   Four-year member of the track and field team and coached by Jack Rauwerdink, a four-year track ands field letterwinner at Carthage between 1980 and 1983…in cross country, a four-time All-Central Lakeshore Conference honoree and qualified for the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association state championship as an individual his senior year…four-year member of the baseball team and a three-year member of the ice hockey team…National Honor Society member, high honors student and graduated with honors.

Personal:  Double major in music and chemistry…member of the 2005-08 Carthage men’s cross country teams...named to the Carthage dean’s list six-straight semesters and a seven-time member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born May 10, 1986.
