2008:  Finished ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:23.90) at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9;21.99) and seventh in the 1,500-meter run (4:00.92) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

2007:  Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:22.31) and ninth in the 1,500-meter run (4:03.59) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship...won the 1,500-meter run (4:03.57) at the Wisconsin Private College Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished third in the one-mile run (4:19.83) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2006:  Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:30.71) and seventh in the 1,500-meter run (4:00.15) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship...finished sixth in the one-mile run (4:25.82) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

2005:  Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (Carthage-record and NCAA-qualifying 9:21.89) and eighth in the 1,500-meter run (4:01.47) at the CCIW Outdoor Track and Field Championship…finished sixth in the one-mile run (4:23.41) at the CCIW Indoor Track and Field Championship.

High School:  Earned all-state honors his senior year with a seventh-place state finish in the indoor 3,200-meter run…coached by Brian Miller, in cross country, named All-Southwest Inter-Conference Association and all-regional his senior year en route to finishing 31st at the Illinois High School Association state championship…named all-conference and all-regional his junior year and qualified for the state championship…all-regional and a state qualifier his sophomore year…National Honor Society member, honor student and graduated with honors.

Personal:  Double major in business administration and accounting…member of the 2004-07 Carthage men’s cross country teams…named to the fall 2005 and fall 2006 CCIW/Jack Swartz academic all-conference teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list three times and a four-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…his father, Roy White, coached South Holland Thornwood High School’s boy’s track and field team to four Illinois High School Association state titles…his uncle, Dan White, was an IHSA state champion in the 440-yard dash and a member of state and national-record relay team…another uncle, Charlie White, won two IHSA state titles in the 880-yard run…born June 30, 1986.
