2008:  Carthage’s top finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship in 44th place with a time of 23:09.00…Earned All-CCIW honors with a sixth-place finish at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 23:01.00…ran a career-best and team-fastest 22:49.40 at the Augustana (Ill.) Invitational.

2007:  Finished 68th at the CCIW Women's Cross Country Championship with a time of 28:24.85…ran a season-best 6K time of 23:41.45 to finish third at the Aurora “Spartan Classic”

2006:  Did not compete.

2005:  Finished 151st at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 25:33.00…finished 18th at the CCIW Women's Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 22:56.00…finished ninth at the Aurora Invitational…finished 10th at the Wisconsin Private College Championship with a season-best time of 20:02 in the 5K race.

High School:  A state qualifier her sophomore year…both her junior and senior-year teams won Southwest Inter-Conference Association North titles, and her junior-year team qualified for the sectionals…coached by Sarah Bienias…four-year member of the track and field team…graduated with honors

Personal:  Biology major…mid-distance runner on the 2006-09 Carthage women’s track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list seven-straight semesters and a seven-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor…born May 20, 1987.
