2008:  Ran a season-best 25:25:52 at the Wisconsin-Oshkosh Invitational.

2007:  Ran a season-best 6K time of 27:26.17 to finish 46th at the Aurora “Spartan Classic”…season-best 5K time of 22:48.80 at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.

2006:  Ran a season-best time of 27:04.25 at the Aurora “Spartan Classic.”

2005:  Finished 14th at the open-race portion of the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a career-best time of 25:45 in the 6K race…finished 54th at the Wisconsin Private College Championship with a career-best time of 22:10 in the 5K race.

High School:  Her senior-year team qualified for the Iowa High School Athletic Association state championship…coached by Don Rupe…four-year track and field letterwinner and a state qualifier her junior year in both the 800-meter run and the 400-meter distance medley…two-year member of the basketball team and softball teams and played volleyball her freshman year…National Honor Society member, Iowa Merit Scholar, Mississippi Athletic Conference all-academic and high honors student.

Personal:  Spanish major…sprinter on the 2006-09 Carthage women’s track and field teams…named to the Carthage dean’s list four times and a six-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll four-straight semesters…born Jan. 1, 1987.
