2008:  Finished 74th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 23:53.70…finished 27th at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship with a time of 23:53.00…ran a season-best 22:54.00, second-fastest on the team, at the Carthage Invitational.

2007:  Earned All-CCIW honors with a sixth-place finish at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship and a time of 23:25.96…earned all-regional honors at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 35th-place finish and a career-best time of 22:39.92…won both the Carthage Invitational and the individual title at the Wisconsin Private College Championship…season-best 5K time of 18:55.10 at the state meet.

2006:  Earned All-CCIW honors with an 11th-place finish at the CCIW Women’s Cross Country Championship and a time of 23:45.65…Carthage’s leading finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional in 45th place with a time of 22:58.30…ran a season-best time of 22:32.00 and finished third at the Carthage Invitational.

High School:  Set school records in both the two and one-half mile and three-mile events…her senior-year team finished 11th at the Illinois High School Association state championship…her sophomore-year team won a Sangamon Valley Conference championship…coached by Todd Schneider…four-year member of both the basketball and track and field teams…National Honor Society member and high honors student.

Personal:  Biology major…distance runner on the 2007-09 Carthage women’s track and field teams…named 2007 United State Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic…named to the Carthage dean’s list six times and a six-semester member of the Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born April 5, 1988.
