2007:  Finished 18th at the CCIW Cross Country Championship with a season-best time of 24:19.60…finished 130th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional with a time of 24:25.22…season-best 5K time of 19:50.90 to finish fifth at the Wisconsin Private College Championship.

2006:  Finished 20th at the CCIW Cross Country championship with a time of 24:13.40…finished 69th at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional Championship with a career-best time of 23:26.90.

2004-05:  Attended the University of Iowa her freshman and sophomore years…member of both the cross country and track and field teams.

High School:  Three-time All-Mid Suburban League honoree and finished sixth at the Illinois High School Association state championship her junior year…National Honor Society member and four-year honor student.

Personal:  Exercise and sport science major…mid-distance runner on the 2007 and 2008 Carthage women’s track and field teams…named to the fall 2006 Carthage dean’s list and to the fall 2006 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born June 11, 1986.
