Brady Lindsley begins his 12th season as head coach for both men’s and women’s tennis in 2008-09 (183-65 women’s record, 11 years). The position makes Lindsley one of the very few NCAA Division III coaches to handle both men’s and women’s tennis on a full-time basis. He was named CCIW “Women’s Tennis Coach of the Year” in 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-05. A native of Coldwater, Mich., Lindsley compiled an 82-24 career mark at Carthage and won three CCIW titles, winning at number-three singles in 1993, number-four singles in 1995 and number-three doubles, also in 1995. He has served, since 1993, as an assistant director of the Rod Schroeder National Tennis Camp, conducted at Carthage in the summer. Lindsley is from Coldwater, Mich., where he finished fifth in the Michigan High School Athletic Association number-two singles as a junior. He graduated from Carthage in 1995 with bachelor’s in business administration.

Kelly Mikkila begins his fourth year as a part-time assistant coach in 2008-09. A native of Waukegan, Ill., Mikkila is Carthage’s all-time leader in singles victories (95-25, 2002-05). With her number-one singles title at the 2003-04 CCIW Women's Tennis Championship, Mikkila was named the league's "most outstanding player" for the third-straight year. Mikkila was only the second conference player to win the award three times. She was named first-team All-CCIW four times. Mikkila graduated in 2005 with a bachelor’s in English, and she teaches English at Milburn Middle School in Wadsworth, Ill.
