High School:  Earned all-sectional honors both her junior and senior years…her freshman, sophomore and junior-year teams all won sectional titles and advanced to the Illinois High School Association state quarterfinals…coached by Jeff Plackett…four-year member of the swimming team and part of two Illinois High School Association state-championship teams…four-year DuPage Valley Conference all-academic pick and a four-year honor student.

Personal:  Elementary education major …her father, Mark Menis, is a national zone water polo coach…named to the spring 2008 Carthage athletic director’s honor roll…born July 5, 1989.
