Elizca Buys holds the Carthage career singles record with 100 wins between 2004 and 2007. Buys earned first-team All-CCIW honors four-straight years, won a CCIW title at number-three singles in 2004 and number-two singles titles in both 2005 and 2007. Along with teammate Amanda Sta. Romana, she was named Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-America in doubles in both 2005 and 2007.
Amanda Sta. Romana was named first-team All-CCIW three-straight years from 2005 to 2007 after transferring from Carleton College after her freshman year. She won a CCIW championship at number-two singles in 2005 with second-place finishes at number-one singles in both 2006 and 2007. Along with teammate Elizca Buys, she was named Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-America in doubles in both 2005 and 2007.
Kelly Mikkila, Carthage’s second-leading singles player (95-25, 2002-05). With her number-one singles title at the 2003-04 CCIW Women's Tennis Championship, Mikkila was named the league's "most outstanding player" for the third-straight year. Mikkila was only the second conference player to win the award three times. Sarah Ainsworth from Augustana (Ill.) won the number-one singles crown in 1994-95, 1996-97 and 1997-98. Leanne Biehl from Wheaton (Ill.), won four-straight titles at number-three singles between 1995-96 and 1998-99.
Alex Jackson set a Carthage season record in 2005 with 28 victories. Jackson is ranked fourth among Lady Reds singles players with a 76-15 mark (2002-05).
Kelly Daniels set a Carthage record in 1997 with 14-consecutuve wins.
Kelly Carstensen and Cherie Matthaidess, Carthage's all-time leading doubles team with 87 wins and ranked second with an .853 winning percentage (1998-2001).
