Statement of Student Accounts

Carthage provides a monthly statement for all student accounts with an actual balance greater than zero (0). Two copies of the statement are made available to resident students, one copy to the student in his/her mailbox on campus and one copy addressed to the student at the home address. Statements for commuter students are only sent to the home address.

Statements sent to the home are clearly identifiable in a Carthage window envelope, stamped "STATEMENT ENCLOSED". If you wish special mailing instructions for these statements, please contact the Business Office to make appropriate arrangements.
