The Oaks

Carthage's newest housing option, the Oaks Village is currently comprised of five buildings.  In the Oaks, students live in a house concept with 16 students per floor sharing a large community space at the apex of the building.  The floor living room has a couch, chairs, television, study tables and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator.  Each floor has both single and double rooms with two people per bathroom.  Single rooms are connected to another single and together are referred to as a singles suite since the bathroom and closet area is shared.
