Are you interested in developing your leadership skills?

Offered in both fall and spring terms, the Flame Leadership Program is designed to recognize and enhance the leadership potential of Carthage students. Through facilitated workshops, educational sessions and experiential learning activities, the program will lay a foundation for functioning as an effective leader and team member. Topics examined during Flame include: Communication, public speaking, diversity, time management, career preparation, conflict resolution, and many others. Upon completion of Flame, the student participant will have developed leadership skills and gained personal awareness that will empower her/him to both lead and function more effectively as a team member.
