Amanda Binger is the Director of Residence Life and Hall
Director for Tarble, Swenson and Best Western at Carthage
College. As Director of Residence Life, Amanda coordinates
Resident Assistant selection and training, as well as
advises the Residence Life Council organization on campus.
Amanda graduated from Carthage in 2003 with a Bachelor of
Arts Degree in Music Education. While at Carthage, she was
a Resident Assistant for one year and an Assistant Hall
Director for two years. After graduation, Amanda worked as
a Residence Hall Director and Greek Life Advisor at Marian
College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, before returning to
Carthage in 2005. Amanda has previously been the Hall
Director in South Hall and the first building of the Oaks
village, but is looking for a new challenge in working with
single-gender communities in Tarble and Swenson. She
recently completed her Masters Degree in Education with
emphasis in guidance and counseling in 2007.
