Edith Padgett

My name is Edith Padgett, born and raised in a small town in Germany. I received my early education in Achaffenburg, Germany, and my certificate in Youth Ministry from the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. At present I'm working toward a national certificate in Youth Ministry studies and serving as a full time Youth Minister at St. Mary Parish in Kenosha.

My goal is to minister to Carthage College Catholic students by offering spiritual support. During the school year we provide Sunday liturgy beginning at 8:45 p.m. in the Upper Room of the chapel. Students have the opportunity to attend intercollegiate retreats, national student conferences, and Bible studies.

I am married and have four grown sons. Some of my hobbies include rafting, fishing, boating and roller coasters, which are a must whenever I go to an amusement park.
