On Leadership

The Leadership path out of crisis and into peace, or out of the familiar and into the novel, is often full of adversity and unknowns. Like a quest through the deep dark wilderness at night, challenged by unfamiliar barriers disguised by darkness.

The study of Leadership is the study of how men and women guide us through empty and frightening expanses of uncharted territory.

Leadership opportunities are indeed voyages of discovery and adventures of a lifetime. They are challenging explorations under rigorous conditions. It does require a pioneering spirit to lead.

These are the conditions that foster Leadership.
