Sigma Tau Delta
Sigma Tau Delta is the national English Honorary Fraternity here at Carthage. The Fraternity started in 1924 in South Dakota and today has over 600 active chapters across the country with over 7,000 active members annually. This Fraternity is a wonderful way to not only become more involved in the Carthage community but also to be a part of something on the national level. This organization strives to enrich the lives of others through English literary traditions and recognizes professional writers throughout the country.
