The A. F. Siebert Chapel Choir renewed its existence in the Fall of 2007 under the direction of Dr. Dimitri Shapovalov. The thirty-voice ensemble welcomes singers of all backgrounds. In its mission to reach out to every member of the Carthage community, the Chapel Choir explores a diverse body of repertoire that ranges from the Western art music tradition to African-American spirituals to musical theater. Besides serving Carthage’s congregations, the choir carries its ministry beyond the campus by participating in worship services at other churches in the region.
