| A collaboration between Dan Miller, professor of
neuroscience and psychology, and Doug Arion, professor of physics, provides
students with research experience in electrophysiology. Chris Chapleau,
neuroscience and biology major, is shown constructing a dc amplifier.
The amplifier will be used with Jillian Theobald, physics major, to
study electrical activity in the nervous system.
Doug Arion is the Donald D. Hedberg Distinguished Professor of
Entrepreneurial Studies in the Natural Sciences. This innovative
program prepares science majors for careers in industry. |
