Where
can I reload my points or purchase more meals?
Points or meals can be added to your account in
the Business Office. The Business office (extension
6200) is located in Lentz Hall, room 434 and is
open Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm
and Fridays from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
How
long does it take for the reload happen?
It generally takes 24 hours for the money to be
added to your account. Please keep this in mind
when you are adding points to your account. If
the funds are not available, you will not be able
to use them!
What
should I do if the magnetic stripe on my ID is
not working?
Please bring you ID to the Dean of Students office
for a replacement. As long as the damage is normal
wear and tear there is no charge for a replacement.
What should I do if I
lose my ID?
In case of a missing
ID card please go to the Office of the Dean of
Students for a replacement card. A replacement
cost of $15.00 will be added to your bill. No
one will be admitted to the Food Commons nor will
you be allowed to purchase meals without your
ID card.
How do
I know how many meals I have left?
You can ask the
cashier at any food service location to inquire
and see how many meals you have left for the week,
and for the academic year. They can also check
the balance or your points account as well.
Who should I talk to if
I disagree with my balance?
Please contact the business office.

If I don't use all of
my meals for the week can I roll them over into
the next week?
No,
you get 10 meals per week and if you do not use
them, you lose them. The purpose of the Block
Meal plans is to ensure that you always have meals
at your disposal.
Who
do I contact if I need catering?
Please contact Meggan Mazanet at
551- 5752 to reserve your space. Once the room
has been reserved, you can plan your menu with
our online catering menu. After you have made
your selections or if you need additional assistance,
contact Diane Hoffman, Catering Manager at 551-
5360. A $50 charge will automatically assessed
for orders placed with less than 72 hours notice.
I am sensitive to certain
food and on a special diet. Who should I go to
for help?
Chef Mike Hill is the contact
for anyone with special dietary needs. Please
call him at 551-5361 to set up an appointment.
