Dining Services at Carthage College, managed by Sodexo USA, features a healthy, environmentally friendly dining program. Students participate in a variety of programs including recycling.

Clearly labeled containers with instructions will be available to all customers in the Dining Commons, and customers will be encouraged to recycle and anything that is appropriate. Sodexho will be using all bio-degradable disposable products in the Dining Commons.
