Graduates of the Carthage Teacher Education Program have been hired by the Kenosha Unified School District, Kenosha School of Language, Catholic Diocese of Rockford, Special Education District of Lake County, Kids Castle preschool, Archdiocese of Milwaukee and Racine Unified School District.

Graduates have pursued graduate studies in education, special education and library science.
