Employment of athletic trainers and health educators is projected to grow much faster than average, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Salary depends on experience and job responsibilities, and varies by job setting. Median annual earnings of athletic trainers were $36,560 in May 2006. Median annual earnings of health educators were $41,330 in May 2006.
