Internal Revenue Service Form 1098-T was mailed to all students with registration activity from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.

The 1098-T forms indicate the following information:

Box 2 - Amount of tuition billed in calendar year 2007.

Box 5 - Amount of any scholarships or grants received in calendar year 2007.

Box 7 – If checked, indicates if the amount in Box 2 includes amounts for calendar year 2008.

Box 8 and Box 9 – verifies enrollment at Carthage.

This information has been reported to the IRS and is intended to assist the taxpayer in determining any educational tax credits/deductions in preparing federal income tax returns for 2007.

Students can access their account to obtain an itemized listing of their account activity by clicking on the link https://reg.carthage.edu and logging on. Once you are logged on, click on the “My Account” tab to access your activity. If you do not have a login, or your login does not work, please contact the Registrar's Office.
