The 2008 Euler Conference
July 20 - 23, 2008
Call for Papers
Proposals are invited for papers to be presented at the Euler 2008 Conference, to be held at Adelphi University in Garden City, New York from July 20 - 23, 2008.

As always, we encourage but do not require papers to be relevant to the theme of the conference, which is Euler's life and works during the 1770s and 1780s. We welcome papers on any of Euler's contributions to Mathematics, Science, Technology, Philosophy, Religion or Education.

Papers may be of two lengths. The short format is 20 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions and answers. The long format is 50 minutes, also with 5 minutes for Q&A. There will be two overhead projectors and two screens available. Please send proposals, including title and abstract, along with the presenter's name and contact information, to:
